Small Group Training

    For those of you familiar with Boot Camps our Small Group Training or 6 week Hit Out sessions are a mini version.

    Designed to be 'short and sharp' and therefore very time effective our fully supervised small group sessions are twice weekly 45 minute sessions running for a duration of 6 weeks.

    Based at Fitness Plus the sessions combine elements of gym based cardio and strength, outdoor strong man type training, and boxing - with full changing room, shower, and toilet facilities close at hand!

    With our 6 week Hit Out sessions consisting of no more than 10 people you will receive a higher level of instruction and supervision than you might receive in other types of boot camps and thus our sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities.

    Not only are our 6 week Hit Out sessions designed to develop higher levels of fitness and strength they are also very cost effective - just $30 for Fitness Plus members and $60 for non members.

    Shorter and Sharper sessions + Smaller Numbers + More Variety + Better Value = BETTER RESULTS!

    Our next 6 week Hit Out starts the week of Monday 13 February 2012 at either 6.30am or 6pm Monday to Friday.
     
    Either give us a call, email us, or complete the contact form below with your first and second choice day/time options; we will collate your preferences along with your fellow "Hit Out'ies" and confirm your slots prior to the start of the next block.
